Do you have a way to save money, work more efficiently or improve customer service? If so, the UK Change team wants to hear from you!
The team is inviting everyone to take part in a new suggestion scheme launched across the UK Core business today.
Grid:ideas aims to drive continuous improvement in what we do and how we do it. It’s all about harnessing the ideas of colleagues to find a better way, work smarter, save money or make it easier to do your job.
It’s always been possible for anyone to make suggestions as part of their ‘day job’. Grid:ideas now makes the process smoother, faster and rewarding. It also makes it easier if your suggestion relates to a different part of the business.
Colleagues whose ideas are implemented will be rewarded through the Appreciate scheme.
Grid:ideas is open to all UK core employees and contractors, whether submitting ideas as individuals or as teams. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with: details of the proposal and what has prompted it; and, how the proposal will benefit the business and/or colleagues.
The Grid:ideas inbox will be monitored by the UK Change team and you’ll get an initial response within a week. You’ll find out within four weeks whether the idea will be progressed and, if so, what the next steps will be.
Look out for details of some of the successful ideas submitted in the months ahead.
